On site
Delivery with one project manager, regular updates and controlled variations.

Handover
Snagging, sign-off, documentation and any warranties or certificates.
Variations
Changes are priced before they happen.
Where scope changes on site, the cost and programme effect is confirmed in writing before the work proceeds.
